This is a time to reflect on the past year, make plans for the next one, and spend some quality time with your loved ones. We are proud of what we accomplished in 2022 and look forward to doing even more this upcoming year.

While this is a night of celebration and good vibes for the New Year, it’s also one of the most dangerous times for drinking and driving crashes.

People make all kinds of New Year’s resolutions from losing weight to improving their finances.

One resolution that every driver should make and keep is to become a safe driver in 2023. There are far too many motor vehicle accidents each year in the United States. Thousands of people are killed and injured each month throughout the country.

Because of the association of New Year’s Eve and drinking, it’s very possible that there are more accidents with drunk drivers at the wheel both on New Year’s Eve and in the early hours of New Year’s Day.

Don’t be one of them. If you’re going to a party in a home, make sure there is a designated driver or that you can take public transportation or call a friend or a ride-share service to drive you home. If you’re going to a party in a public place or a hotel, do the same – or even think of staying over at the hotel.
